  • 1 qt apple cider no sugar added
  • 4 env Gelatine Knox unflavored
  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts optional


  • Bring 3 cups of cider to a boil.
  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1 cup of cider in a bowl and let stand for 1 minute.
  • Add hot cider to bowl of softened gelatine; stir for 5 minutes or until completely dissolved.
  • Pour into jello mold or bowl adding walnuts if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm
