Ingredients

  • 2 medium potato Peeled!!
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Rub outside of potato with oil and sprinkle salt onto each potato.
  • Put potatoes into air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Reduce heat and cook at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done.

Notes

Cooking times will vary depending on the size/number of potatoes; add more time for more/larger sized potatoes. Test for done by inserting a shish kebab stick into the potato.
