Honey Garlic Pork Meatballs Sauce inspired by Diana Rattray
Honey and garlic make a sweet and tasty sauce for these homemade pork meatballs.
Yield: 10 servings
- Meatball press
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ c honey
- 1 ½ tbsp Maggi
- ¼ c Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp onion flakes
- ⅛ tsp dry mustard
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is foamy, add the 3 cloves of pressed garlic and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.

- Combine the sauce in a serving dish with the meatballs and serve immediately as an appetizer, or serve with a side vegetable for a meal. Enjoy.
